We also offer fractional and interim leadership through Founder and Principal Aisha Baro, who brings five years of experience building and leading an industry-wide nonprofit as its founding executive director, alongside 17 years in life sciences at Roche and Genentech.

.Our name honors Diagnoum, a village in Senegal, the ancestral home of Youssouph Baro, our founder’s late father. It is a place that symbolizes the enduring values of community, belonging, resilience, and collective responsibility.
